We ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order has not been shipped, you may cancel. Please email us at evatylerfragrances@gmail.com to initiate the cancellation process.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer standard 3-4 days or express 1-2 days shipping. For free shipping, spend $20 or more!
I received the wrong product. What do I do?
While unlikely, mistakes happen. Please email us at evatylerfragrances@gmail.com with images of the incorrect product you received. Once confirmed, we will email a shipping label for this item to be returned and quickly ship out the correct item.
What is the return policy?
Full refunds are provided within a 14 business day window, minus shipping costs or processing fees, and are only valid for unopened products. Please reach out to us on our contact form for any additional support.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive the returned and unopened item, we will process your return within the following business day.
Do you offer exchanges?
